Rain can put a hamper on any construction project, but instead of letting it ruin the sequence of a $16 million dollar ISD improvement bond, Allco utilized our 100+ years of compiled experience to help design a prototype of the structures to be used for the new Beaumont ISD facilities. As the CMAR, Allco deployed our Civil division early in 2010 to begin work on the 100,000 sq. ft Amelia Elementary facilities. In order to remain on schedule, Amelia Elementary had to be completed and ready for occupancy within eight months. Allco suggested a slight adjustment to the prototype in order to align the walls such that workers were able to dry-in the new facilities regardless to the above average rainfall that year. The adjustment that Allco suggested was approved and implemented with no effects to the quality or cost of the projects. Allco completed the sequence of seven projects on schedule and within the budget.
