When private industry comes to a community, the infrastructure must grow to support the additional usage. The Port Arthur water transmission project was initiated to support the Chenier LNG Plant which uses water to cool large compressors. Allco was awarded the project and added approximately 15,600 linear feet of 24 inch water line. The pipe is laid via conventional open cut, directional drilling, and dry bore.
