Construction of the Exxpress Mart convenient store and gas station facilities are a prime example of the value Allco provides as a Construction Manager at Risk. The structures, while similar, each had distinct components which required adjustments concerning foundation and utilities. The Allco team was able to identify the problems, provide recommendations to the owner, and implement the changes all without hindering the overall design, schedule, or budget. With the problems addressed, the layout and functionality of each store is optimal. The most recent Exxpress Mart is constructed for higher consumer traffic and includes state of the art fuel tanks for gasoline and diesel, a connected fast food chain café, 3 acres of paving, and all LED lighting for energy efficiency.
