Large waterways create an iconic beachfront development for Laguna Harbor.  Allco started the 160 vacation home community by cutting a section of the property connecting the Intercostal canal.  A dam was structured while Allco excavated more than 600,000 cubic yards of canals and used the material to elevate the peninsulas from 1 ft to 9 ft above sea level.  Concrete plank retaining walls outline the development, while streets, sewer, water, electrical, and telephone lines complete the luxury housing infrastructure.
